Vision

New York in the 1970's and 1980’s has been a melting pot for culture and influence. Intimate gatherings in small bars and cafés. These spaces bring minds together to share and foster extraordinary ideas, innovation, and cultural expression.

An art studio / gallery / speakeasy located in the Dallas design district, positioned near a popular warehouse music venue, the gallery would drive positive foot traffic and provide exposure to the art, immersing the Gallery and art in the art community to be a place of open collaboration or just a place to chill, to contribute or experience. The idea is to have an open and enjoyable space similar to the art creation process itself. Open and free to express and experience life and strengthen the bonds of everyone that enters into this world. This is a space that promotes the core philosophy of my work, to live beyond existing through passing moments, and to feel, experience life, introspectively or actively. The space provides a respite to bounds and the art drives expression of experience from our soul.

Art studio during the day, speakeasy during the night, open as an active gallery the whole while.

As a finance graduate, I recently attended a talk on bond and cash management and strategies for today’s market. Among equity and bond investments, one of the higher performing investment vehicles in today’s market remains the Tax Exempt Muni Bonds. This asset provides a stable investment while not having to fork out investor gains as a tax shield and allows for the investment to experience extra growth that compounds to make a much higher return.
